Hello,

I have moved out of Germany and have already sent the letter, the equipment and filled an online form. I also have the document prooving that I don't live in Germany - die Abmeldebestätigung. I could send it to Vodafone.

Could you please cancel my contract?

when did you move and what date was confirmed? Please note the 3-month period from the date of the move or the date of the message. Please also have a look at this thread.

I have moved out of Germany 19th June. I have send the equipment and I also have document prooving deregistration from Germany. Is it possible to cancel my contract immediatelly? Where should I send the deregistration?

unfortunately it's not possible to cancel immediately. There's a three months period.

But we can have a look in your account. Please send me a private message with the following information:

your name

your address

date of birth

your customer number

the link of this thread

Please reply here when you have sent the private message. You can also send the de-registration via this pm.

Your contract is already in cancellation. In June you told us about your move and the contract expires on September 17.
