My internet speed is slow

Hello Vodafone,

My german is not good, so I would use English.

Currently I have a problem which the internet is too slow to use it.

Download and upload speeds are slow together. When I checked the speed through Vodafone website, Download was 2Mbit/s, Upload was 0 Mbit/s. It happened from end of last year.

Could you help me solve this problem?

I tried to run the 3-speed tests on Vodafone website. However, I cannot access the Vodafone website.

In addition, I can't access many websites except for Google.

Could you give me the solution about this?

is this interference that you can not access the websites, via LAN or W-LAN?

Have you ever reset the cable router to factory settings?

I cannot access the websites both(LAN and W-LAN). It happened last week. When I use the VPN, accessing the website is working well.

I have tried reset the cable router to factory settings 2 times but it didn't work.

are these IPv4 or IPv6 websites or is there no difference there. Via VPN, are there no restrictions at all? Then please try a speedtest on any other site.

Now, suddenly the restriction is released. I check the speed test like pictures which are at morning, evening, and night. The upload speed is very slow even 0.

there is still a high net utilisation for the upstreams. Additionally there is a problem in the return path. I made a new task so the colleagues can find the source of that.
