i requested for cancellation of my contract 28 august 2020, due to moving to new building but still the amount is deducting from my account. will you please close my contract. please let me know what i have to do for that. i already sent the device to Vodafone address. i wanted cancel because i have already internet in my new house.

please find the attachment for termination letter.

in my Vodafone it's showing latest termination date is Dec 2021

please cancel the contract from this month only otherwise what I have to do tell me.

Hello Veeru,

if you have already cancelled your contract, you should also have received a confirmation. It also states the cancellation date. What does it say?

Did you tell us the date you moved and the new address in your notice?

i saw the latest date to cancel it's showing dec 2021. But I cancelled on august 2020 only. While cancel I came to know that I have to pay for next 3 months. Still now amount is deducted from my account. Please help me regarding this. While canceling I did not asked for new Adress . I have given with only one form to send it to Vodafone Adresse.

In your written notice of cancellation, the reference to your move is missing. The contract was cancelled at the regular end of the term.

Send me in a pn your new address and your moving day.

The 3 months is including January bill.

beacuse this month 69.99 euro deducted.

is to possible to reduce this amount..

Hi Veeru,

the 3 months end on 14.04.2021. Until then the monthly fees have to be paid. We can not just reduce the price.
