Vodafone GigaTV Cable, cost

Dear,

Since April 2020, Vodafone GigaTV Cable has been charged around 5 euro higher every month till now. It is not much, but still annoying, since I haven't got any information with this from my contract.

Price breakdown for Vodafone TV service as below.

1) Previously for a year: Vodafone GigaTV Cable, 10 euros + Vodafone TV Connect, 15 euros

2) Since 04.2020: Vodafone GigaTV Cable, 15 euros + Vodafone TV Connect, 15 euros

Can you advise what happened here and how I should claim back? I was re-directed to this community by customer service.

Hello EricTrier,

the GigaTV tariff was only 9,99 € for the first 6 months. That is a new customer price. The discount falls away after the 6 month and it costs 14,99 €.
