Ordered kable internet via telephone, I did not receive anything yet and i have no order number.

Hi, I have ordered a kable internet 1000mbit/50mbit connection on the 21 of december via telefone.
I don't have an order number, customer number or anything and I have no idea how to get any status or detail on my order.

My router has not arrived yet and I have being trying since days to contact vodafone but without an order / customer number I cannot get help anywhere.

How do i know what is my status order? When do i get the router?

oh ok... i also did the "recorded contract" via telefone, weid nobody called me or anything if there was a problem.

took me a week to discover there is no contract, but thanks for the help you are the first person from vodafone that could tell me that!

Thank you, i went to a phisical vodafone shop and did again there my contract, you can consider this issue solved.
