change cable speed to lower one from 500mbps to 100

Hello,

my contract has automatically been renewed with an internet speed of 500mbps from the end of january.

due to the bad wifi coverage i rarely used more than 40mbps in my office room (i use devolo powerline) so I would like to change the speed to 100mbps.

is there a way to talk to humans or anybody to do it since shops are closed? ... the answer bot doesnt speak english.

Hello Yasser,

you should have had the contract changed to a smaller rate at the end of the term. If it has already been renewed, then at the existing conditions.
