I filled in the request for a cancellation of the contract as of my move date because I am moving abroad.

yet my contract was terminated at end of contract period and that is in 2022.

this needs to benchanged

Send in the required paperwork to Vodafone with proof of your move/deregistration vom Germany, so they can check out if a sooner cancellation is possible.

The easiest way to cancel your contract is to report your move. Here in this thread you can find the instructions how to do so.
