Change to lower tariff

Hello!

Back in March 2020 I was contacted by a Vodafone represent with an offer to try the "Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable" with possibility to switch back to my previous tariff in one year. So, I've tried it and I would like to go back to my "Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable". Tried to do this online on https://www.vodafone.de/meinvodafone but the available options are only to get even bigger tariff. How can I get to my previous tariff?

Hello evghenix,

it doesn't quite work as you write. You cannot change to the tariff you had before the contract change. If you want to change to 500 Mbit/s, you will find the conditions for this in the order confirmation. You cannot make this change yourself. I'd be happy to help you with that, though.
