Trying to change contract.

Hello,

Hope you are all doing well.

I have a Vodafone Kabel Red 500 contract currently, and my contract is gonna get renewed on January 2021, and I'm looking to upgrade / downgrade my tariff, I'm looking for a connection that has minimum of 50Mbits upload, and a minimum of 200mbits download, I tried to search quite a bit, and I found the 1000 Red Kabel is the only tariff that has 50mbits upload.

Can someone help me find a right tariff to upgrade or downgrade? Since my contract will be renewed soon, I would like to get this done quickly.

I put some thought again into it, and I decided to go with 250mbps plan with 25mbps upload speed, can someone help me change to this plan?

But I do not see a 200mbps plan currently on the tariff list, and the 200mbps plan has a very low upload speed, compared to the 250mbps plan which is for the same price, is it not possible to switch to the 250mbps plan?

I was also wondering, if 200mbps & 400mbps is the lesser option I have got, and since they have low upload speed, I would rather stick with a 500mbps or 1000mbps plan that has 50mbps upload speed.

What would be the highest plan that I can get for 50 euros/month? I know 500mbps is one of them, is 1000mbps also an option? Could you please suggest me the best I can get for 50euros/month?

I think I have the perfect offer for you. I can offer you the Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable for 49,99 Euro. The first 3 months even only 39,99 Euro. We can also schedule the change for 04/01/2021. The term is 24 months and there is a one-time charge of 9. 99 euros. Would that be something for you?

Yes this is something I would like to go for.

So this is 1000mbps download 50mbps upload, and the first 3 months its 39.99 euros/month, and then 49.99euros/month after that, and a one time upgrade charge of 9.99 euros, hope I got that right, if that's the case, I would like to go ahead with this offer and would like to schedule it for 04/01/2021 🙂

Please let me know what would be the next steps.

you don't need to do anything else now. We have earmarked the change for 4 January.

On this date, your tariff will be changed and you will receive a written confirmation.
