Changing plan, how and packages available?!

Hallo,

I am currently on the 1 Gbit/sec plan, the contract is 2 years, I was told that 1st year will cost me aroudn 20 Euro per month, and in second year this will be 60 Euro!

No the first year passed, and I would like to change my plan to a lower speed to keep paying the same amount of 20 EUro per month.

I was not able to do the change in the online portal under Tarif change!
- Can I know please the cost of different speeds?

- and how to change my plan?

As far as I know, all possible speeds and prices are listed on your initial information mail.

And if I remember right, there is no such plan for 20 € per month for the 2nd year - lowest price would be the Red Internet & Phone 50 plan for a regular price of 29,99 € per month with 50 MBit/s.

And as far as I know, this "downgrade" cannot be performed by oneself - you need to call the customer support (as the instructions tell) -or- write a message using the contract form in German language requesting to downgrade to that lower plan.
