Modem return instructions

Hi there,

Sorry for my lack of German.

I have recently cancelled my Vodafone Cable/internet contract. The instructions on how to return the modem have been sent via post. I am no longer in Germany to receive those instructions though.

I have a friend who can return the modem once he receives it (It's on its way to him) but i need to know where to send it and what details need to be included so that it can be identified as my modem.

Can someone please help me with this? (I have tried calling but the operators promise to send instructions then nothing comes through so I'm hoping someone on here can help)

Pick up the return receipt. You can also find your documents in the customer portal, if you have logged in there.
