Contract downgrade before the 13 month

I have 'Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable' for which I'm still paying the reduced price because the contract has not exceeded the first 12 months.

As far as I understood I am allowed to downgrade before the increase to the full price which would happen in January.

Could you make me offer of possible options with costs? What I'm looking for is the range of 200 Mbps - 1 Gbps with the upper limit of 50€ per month.
