    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you sent the Widerrufsformular to the right address? It should NOT be enclosed together with the router - but has to be sent to another address!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you included it in the package with the router, it is most likely that your withdrawal form got lost - as the people from the warehouse handling the routers do not have access&amp;nbsp; to process any kind of withdrawals.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I signed for the cable internet, but before the 14 days I returned the device together with the&amp;nbsp;form as it is request to cancel the contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a confirmation that the device was received without a problem, however the plan was still active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent all the documents as request before those 14 days, but now it's already over since it takes more than 1 week to get any response from the support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to have a confirmation that my plan is cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
