Tariff change

Hello. I started my contract for internet with Vodafone last July. I got the 1000 Mb and you said after a few month the trariff can be change to a lower tariff ,

Now I'm trying to do that but it doesn't give me the option to go to a lower tariff.

could you please help me chang my tariff to 500 ?
