Disconnect TV subscription

Hi,

I have a Internet-TV-Phone package from Vodafone from past 5 years. I would like to discontinue with my TV subscription as its not being used frequently.

I would like to know what process I need to follow to cancel my TV subscription and continue with my Internet & Phone package.

Also if I discontinue my TV subscription what would be my new monthly charges.

Hi FelixAntick,

with the cancellation, the TV fees and the associated discount on the Internet bill no longer apply. What remains is the Internet contract at 39,99 Euro per month.

I would like to know the below points

1) My current monthly charge

2) Discounts that I am getting now

3) Discounts that would be discontinued if I cancel my TV subscription

Hi Felix,

for TV you currently pay 19,99 Euro. Additionally you get a 5 Euro discount on your internet & phone bill. Both would be cancelled and you would pay 39,99 Euro for internet & telephone instead of 54,98 Euro for everything.

thansk for the detailed information. I would like to discontinue my TV package starting from January 2021.

Hi FelixAntick,

we managed the Cancellation for the TV-package for you. The contract will expire to the end of the contraction term in 11 April 2021.

You'll also get a written confirmation for that.
