Umzugsservice - step 2 Produktoptionen

Hello,

I tried to use the "Umzugsservice" because I move very soon but I'm stuck at the step 2 "

Produktoptionen", the page is loading endlessly (see attached). I tried to clean my browsing data but nothing change. What do you think might be the problem ? unfortunately I can't call because I don't speak German well enough.

Yes I used it but it's ok now, I went to a Vodafone store to get some help.
