      <title>no update about new connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no information about my new contract, ARC7604&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;xxxxx&lt;/FONT&gt;. The contract was supposed to be working by 30 October. The technician was supposed to come on 23 October. But have no updates about what is happening.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am not even sure if the new contract includes a router or not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;unfortunately, the German spoken by the technical help centre is too fast for me to understand&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can someone please tell me what to do to get the new contract working?&lt;/P&gt;

My colleagues informed you today. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can only ask for your patience at the moment. Is it okay for you if I transfer data volume to your cell phone? That is free of charge. But I do not have a vodafone sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was a button saying do you accept the solution and I had clicked yes. How can I recieve the sim card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure about the implication. Does it mean that I am taking a CallYa sim card and and on a CallYa contract? I understood that CallYa is an option to take a monthly prepaid options, right?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Vodafone sim, the contract of which ended on 1 November. I still have the sim card with me. I have that sim with me.. 015&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;XXX&lt;/FONT&gt; and it would be great if that can be made into a CallYa number and data transferred to it&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you please help me to setup my new contract at the earliest? I had taken this contract in September and tried to arranged dates to ensure an overlap, but that did not work. Now I am told that the new contract will take 7-10 days. I need internet to work from home and I am dependent on this for online meetings and VPN connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you please help ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The connection number is ARC&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;XXX&lt;/FONT&gt;. Additionally, I am not sure if the contract includes hardware. If not, can you please inform me on which router to purchase? The helpline I called once told me they would add hardware to the contract and would write to be about it, but so far I have no info&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Michi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please help me with this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As per contrat statement, previous contract is over by 12 Novmember. I deliberately booked this in advance to ensure no delay in service since I work from home and need internet extensively. In the pandemic situation, this is even more critical. And now I am being told that even after the old contract is over, the line is still active!!!!!! Why is this? the previous contract also was a Vodafone contract.
