Cancelling contract when moving

Good afternoon, I am soon moving out and even though I would like to transfer my contract to the new address this is not possible at the moment. So that leaves me with no choice but to cancel my contract. However I can not get through to an english speaking support. I found some old posts where a number was provided but apparently not in use anymore. So could anyone here possibly help me?

the first name of the contract holder and the date of brith is not correct.
