    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried using moving service several times and altough i see the message, `Prüfung erfolgreich!` upon my submission, i do not receive a confirmation email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can i make sure that my request has been received and how can i know when the new address activated?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There, another carrier (Primacom) is responsible for the house wiring. I have therefore processed the termination according to the Telecommunications Act.
