My internet contract will be terminated on 29 Jan 2021. I sent back the WLAN-Kabelrouter a week ago as I returned to my country for good on 31 Oct 2020. Can you please check if you have receive it (Gerätenummer ***)? Thank you.

so far there is no entrance to be seen. but that is not unusual. As soon as the package arrives, it takes 2 to 3 days for the logistics staff to register the hardware.
