Get free months when switching to Vodafone from 1&1

Hi,

I switched from my old provider 1&1 to Vodafone from 1st of October. I applied for the Vodafone contract through Check24 and I got first 3 months free from Vodafone for the contracts overlapping period, I want to upload my 1&1 Cancelation confirmation document to Vodafone somehow (which is I tried already and I got a reply from Vodafone to make a thread in this forum and wait) and get those free months. Meanwhile, I got my first-month bill surprisingly.

If someone could help me, it would be a great help.

Hi Aravinda,

the cancellation confirmation from the old provider does little. Did you get a form to change providers? We need that filled back.

I didn't get any form to change providers. I changed my previous providers through Check24. I had to terminate 1&1 connection by myself because they don't provide any services at my new place. Check24 asked me to do so and send my cancellation confirmation form to Vodafone to get free months.

Can I know from whom or when do I get this form?

Hi Aravinda,

so you have moved and ordered new products from us because the old supplier cannot deliver? But then this is not a change of provider in the true sense of the word. You will receive the form from us and you have to fill it out and send it back to us.
