Cancelling Cable contract form submit

I have a Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable that will be 24 months finished on January 25, 2021. My last possible cancel date is November 1, 2020.

I am moving to a new house end of November but I will be a sub tenant and the new house already has an Internet contract. Because of this I don't want to submit a moving form, I just want to cancel.

I found a form on the Vodafone site to cancel my contract, but if I send this form does it cut off my Internet immediately? I want to make sure I still have Internet service until the end of November.

Can someone please contact me to help clarify this?

Your contract will be cancelled by January 25 and you can use the internet connection until this day.

For your other questions I am not sure, so better wait for some more experienced user to answer.

Hi Sunbl0cker,

if you send us the cancellation, your internet won't be cut off immediately. The contract will end on the contract term.
