I've informed you of the change in my address. I would like to move to the new address.
After I moved to a new address, the Internet worked, I can easily connect to the Internet in the new apartment. It's super service. Thank you very much for that!

However, on 22.10.2020 around 18:15 one guy go to my apartment and said that he comes from Vodafone and he would like to do something. I did not understand and because I don't have any appointment before, so I ask him to leave.
So, by this email, I would like to ask you that do you send any technician to my apartment today? Could you please check for me?
If you need to do anything regarding my Internet contract or anything, could you please inform me in advance?

Well done, it is typically sales guys who just want to sell more contracts. They are partly freelancers but have access to Vodafone systems and know that you just moved in and try to sell you more contracts like TV or anything else. You can read such stories regularly in this forum.

Technicians would be announced in advance officially.
