Cancel TV contract

Hello, Support,
I have 2 contracts, Internet and TV.
In Februar 2020 I cancelled both of them since I had an intention to move to another place.
So, the Internet contract was suppoused to be canceled in June, 2020, and TV contract in August, 2020, according to cancellation policy.
But then my company implemented remote work, thus, there was no need to move anymore.
In May- June I was at hospital, therefore I asked my friemd to call Vodafone and extend Internet contract. Only Internet.
TV contract suppoused to be cancelled, in August 2020. But when I checked my account, I've found out that TV contract was also extended together with Internet contract to the same date, June, 2021, although this was not requested.
So, the point is - I want TV contract to be cancelled. IMMEDIATELY. I guess you record all phone calls, so can easily check what was said during the phone conversation.
Please, cancel TV contract, and provide the address to send a TV box.

Please, advise.

Hi Oleg_Merzlikin,

with the withdrawal of the notice also a letter goes out. There all contracts which continue to run are listed. Therefore it would have been possible to react there directly.We look at the current situation gladly. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message. Then reply again here in the post.

Hi Oleg_Merzlikin,

you are right, there has been a mistake. Because no letter to cancel the cancellation was sent, you did not have the information to do so. Therefore we have terminated the contract retroactively as of August 31, 2020.

Also I hope the company will return my 2 payments I've been charged in October and September.
