Internet not working since I moved to different city

Hello,

My internet connection is not working since I moved from Hof to Frankfurt. I tried sending the email to Unitymedia they say my accound does not exists. I cannot contact the customer care since they only speak German.

It has been 2 months since I am trying to reach some one to resolve this.

I request immediate help
