      <title>Moving to a new address</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am moving to a new address on the 1st of November and I would like to have my contract transferred there. I know there is this &lt;A href="https://kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel/meine_kundendaten/umzugsservice" target="_self"&gt;transfer service&lt;/A&gt;, but I have a couple of questions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't want my current apartment to go without internet on the 1st of November if there is no connection in the new apartment, so the move has to go smoothly. I will be renting both apartments for the full month of November and I cannot be left without a connection because I am working from home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can we maybe setup a visit from your engineer to connect the internet at my new apartament and then disconnect the current one after we confirm everything is working well?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also hoping that maybe my new apartament could have a better speed, is it possible to confirm this from your end? &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Vladas,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;the connection is switched off at the old address on the day of the move and then switched on at the new address as soon as the hardware is connected there. If the self-install works at the new address, you can start right away. We can't send a technician to install it in advance.&lt;/P&gt;

Is it possible to have a working connection in both places for a month?
