    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since I moved to my new residence (November 2019), I have been unable to access my bills online. The bills stop at November 2019 and the online portal seems to indicate that my contract is no longer valid.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Confusingly, I receive the e-mails (on the same e-mail address) for new bills (and the connection works) but upon following the link in the e-mails, I see that they do not exist on the online platform.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any hints would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV style="font-family:Vodafone;font-size:18px;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello musically_ut,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;maybe you have received a new customer number due to the move.
