    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My internet is not working since three days and i had called to raise a complaint. I had a red kabel 100 contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now got a mail about some order and when i logged in, i see that my contract has been upgraded to red Kabel 250 without my request or permission. I did not ask for it and would like my old contract back . That is more than sufficient for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please focus on solving problems than creating new ones!! If the fault is still present at the connection.
