      <title>New cable contract but there was a problem with the address.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Vodafone community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I took a new Vodafone cable max 1000. The address on the new contract was printed wrong. I received the modem and all the hardware. But I am unable to make a technician appointment because of the wrong address. I&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;tried to change the address. But everytime I call the hotline, I get different information. I now need a confirmation that the address is changed if not I will cancel the contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not know what to do more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please excuse me for using English language. My German is not very good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was a simple typo error. Instead of &lt;STRONG&gt;14&lt;/STRONG&gt;, they typed &lt;STRONG&gt;1&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I thought before I get my hardware, I can get it corrected. But now I have gone to the Vodafone shop nearly 10 times just for this. Once I managed to initiate the change, it takes 72 hours for the changes to reflect on my contract. So slow!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I actually thought of the cancel option, but Vodafone Passau was so optimistic that they can solve it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But they never actually are able to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a possibility that you can check the initiated change?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The&amp;nbsp;contract&amp;nbsp;has&amp;nbsp;already&amp;nbsp;been&amp;nbsp;cancelled. Sorry.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

I did not have hopes. I also got to know that the Vodafone shop gave me the wrong information about the address having a possible cable connection.
