      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there, I am having a terrible connection speed with my Kabel product, I can not use it for the last 3 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've seen some disturbances of service in area Berlin, however the problems should've been resolved by now. &lt;P&gt;Normally I have a 10mbit connection and I never had any problems before. It has been 2 weeks now.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My modem model is : CH6640E&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My customer number is :&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;***&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
