Hi, in 2-3 months we have planned change of address and wondering if it's possible to change tariff and have DSL internet at the new place with old contract?

Yes, I have used links from this thread. First step is info about the move then selection of new tarif. This selection happens on new url which throws 500.

do you have a contract for cable or former Unitymedia? In which state do you live? If you are a former Unitymedia customer you have to use this page.

No, I was Vodafone customer from the beginning.

Is there any feedback from technical team on the cause of the 500 error ?

with which device do you try it? Have you ever tried it with another device or deleted cache and cookies?
