Activation after moving to a new address

I have moved to a new location and my address on the Kabel is already changed to the new address. However, I am unable to activate the internet connection.

When I use the Kundennummer and Aktivierungscode provided I get an inexplicable error. The Aktivierungscode is something I received at my old address. I have observed that Kabel has assigned a new Kundennummer at my new address. Is this the reason why my old Kundennummer and Aktivierungscode are not working? Can you please help me with the issue?

Hi Suman,

for our rental router you do not need an activation code. Do you want to activate your own router?
