Hallo

Ich möchte meinen Internet- und Telefonvertrag kündigen, da ich im Februar 2020 ins Ausland gezogen bin.

Ich habe eine Anfrage per E-Mail gesendet, aber sie haben mir gesagt, dass ich meine Anfrage über die Community senden soll.

Ich würde gerne wissen, was die Schritte sind, um den Vertrag zu kündigen.

Könnte mir jemand dabei helfen?

wenn Du zu uns geschickt wurdest, dann hast Du Deine Anfrage im Kundenservice auf englisch platziert. Hier schreibst Du deutsch. Welche Sprache ist Dir lieber?

Lass uns kurz wissen, ob Du mit uns lieber auf deutsch oder vorzugsweise auf englisch kommunizieren möchtest, dann erklären wir Dir alles.

Good day.

Apologies, I am an English speaker but used to requesting assistance in German.

As stated before I moved back to Scotland in February 2020 and wish to cancel my Contract, where I can supply my Deregistration Paperwork.

I know I have an outstanding invoice which I will clear once the Contract is closed.

I will have a look at your e-mail in the system. Then I can tell you what else we need.

Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address (old and new) by private message. Give me a short note here in the post as soon as you have sent the PM.
