(the more details we receive, the more precisely we can carry out a fault analysis)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-How is your device connected to the modem? (LAN; WLAN; additional router; PowerLAN)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Do you have performance problems? Then do at least 2 speed tests (direct lan-cabling) at intervals of 4h to 6h using the following speed tester: &lt;A href="https://speedtest.unitymedia.de/#speedtest_init" target="_blank"&gt;https://speedtest.unitymedia.de/#speedtest_init&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Have you already performed a power reset (disconnect the device completely from power for a few moments)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Do all cables get stuck (even in the multimedia socket)? Are there any kinks in the cables?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Have you already changed the lan or antenna cable?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Which operating system do you have on your computer?&amp;nbsp;(e.g. Windows)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Please also check possible antivirus programs which can influence your internet connection. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-for Gigabit customers: Is your device designed for a Gigabit line?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Which browser do you currently use?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Internet is not working again , Nothing is changed but the Internet keeps disconnecting .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are only 3 LED's ON on the MODEM the Fourth one is OFF .. This is third time I am facing issue in last 2 months .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
