DSL not available at the place I am going to move.

Hello,

I am moving from Nuremberg to Frankfurt. I have Vodafoen DSL 16Mbps connection in Nuremberg. But the same is not available at the place I am going to move in Frankfurt, Only cable is available there. I would like to know if it is possible to cancel my Vodafone contract by showing the new house registration certificate and that DSL connection is not available in the new place.
