Dear Support Team,

I am using Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable for almost a year now. As my contract says, I can downgrade it after 12 months; I would like to downgrade it to Internet & Phone 100 Cable for 34.99 EUR / month . I tried to do it online from the portal; but could not find that option. It would be great if you could help me out here.

since I already have your data, I could reserve your desired tariff for you right away. The change to Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable for 34,99 Euro per month will take place after 12 months, i mean on 14.09.2020. You will also receive a confirmation about this.
