Moving - Vodafone to Unitymedia

Hi,

I'm moving to Düsseldorf in a couple of weeks and when I tried to notify Vodafone from my move, but all I got is:

Wir sind überall für Dich da:
In Deinem neuen Zuhause mit Kabel Internet von Unitymedia

I also checked if the same speed (Kabel Red 1000) was available in the new address and it is. So I should be able to keep the exact same internet, but transitioning to Unitymedia. Is that something possible?

Is there a form that I need to fill in to be able to do that, or will I have to cancel my contract with Vodafone and make a new one with Unitymedia?

My german is very limited, so I can't call Vodafone directly for this.

Hello elhebert,

from which federal state are you moving to Düsseldorf? Are you currently a Vodafone DSL or Vodafone Kabel Deutschland customer?

I'm moving from Saxony, and I am Vodafone Kabel.
