Router returned but charged

Hello,

My contract ended in March and I have returned the cable router after that. However I see that I have been charged EUR 100 for probably not returning the router on time. Unfortunately I was stuck out of the country and could not return it within the time limit.

Can you please help me in this regard?

Hi Evleo,

the router unfortunately did not arrive in time, so it was charged.

Since the router finally arrived back at our place, I can take a credit note for you. The balance from the credit will then be transferred to your bank account.
