Received the Box internet light blinking red

Hello,

I subscribed to Red internet and phone 100 on the 31st of July 2020,

I've received my router and the mail to activate the account, which I have done. I know have plugged in the router but the internet light is blinking red. The Wps light is on though.

Would appreciate some help!

Sorry for the English but I do not speak German yet 🙂
