Hello, Wonderful Vodafone executive.

On 22-July-2020 in the evening, a Vodafone executive I received the Giga TV setup box home.

After setting it up I found it not so useful. Later I wanted to terminate the Giga TV so I went to this link:
www [dot] vodafone [dot] de [slash] widrufsrecht [dot] html got this email address kabel-widruf [at] vodafone [dot] com. But I started getting the Mail delivery failure. Can you please terminate my Vodafone Giga TV connection, please.

Just an update from my side.

I found another email address to request for cancellation kabel-widerruf[at]vodafone[dot]com

So I have sent an email for contract termination. Would really appreciate it if you guys can help me cancel the contract at the earliest.

yes, also on weekends we are from time to time on the road in the community

You will receive the details of the revocation and the return address in writing as soon as your colleagues have processed the case.

I just found this address to send the package back to Vodafone. So if I send it back

In the case of a purchase contract, we can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. You have the goods immediately and in any event no later than within fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract

I got the above excerpt from Widerrufsrecht

So does that mean I have to send the package to the above address after I requested for cancellation?

My Contract is terminated and I have sent my device back to the specified address.
