    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i have been billed double the amount of my contract for the current month. I raised complaints about my internet being dead. and as the solution i was provided a replacement of the router, which I was told, that is free of charge. i received the new router, and i sent back the old one, for which i received a confirmation email as well. Why am i being charged 71 euros instead of a normal 34 euro tariff? i need a clear clarification for this. Also, on the Mein Vodafone portal, you do not show me the invoices, stating something failed to load.&amp;nbsp; here is the details of my transaction. please reply back to me for the reason of this. With refund.&lt;/P&gt;
