Request to change to lower tariff pending

Hello,

I had sent a post last year July 2020 when my contract started to change to lower tariff as soon as contract completes 13 months.

Please update if this is done, till last month my tariff was 24Euros and this month i am charged 70 euros.

Kindly clarify this and do the needful.

Please let me know once the tariff is changed to red internet and phone 50 cable.

Also kindly clarify on the difference amount.

Hello 0505,

Your tariff was changed on 22.07.2020 to Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable for 29,99 Euro. From this day on you will be charged the new rate.
