Termination end date after 3 months

I've been using Vodafone Cable Internet at home.

I moved out of Germany from July. I had used your "Moving service" in early April and pointed June 30 2020 as a date of termination. I have returned myequippment as well.

I have recently received another bill for July. Can you please let me know the reason I am still getting charged?

hi @TarunJain , that´s correct. The 3 months starts with leaving Germany. That means, you have to pay July, August and September.

like Díaz_de_Vivar wrote, the contract ends three months after the moving date.
