Contract termination

Hi,

I have moved out of Germany mid-June and I have therefore sent the termination letter to vodafone for the Kabel Contract, I have as well sent out the Abmeldung per Post as requested when I went to the Vodafone Shop.

I already paid the 3 months to Vodafone. I have sent out the internet box to vodafone and it was received by Vodafone on June 16th, 2020. Following these steps, I still have not received per email the confirmation of my Contract termination. Can you please check it and confirmed me by email the Contract termination?

The cancellation was already confirmed on 17 June. Since you had already moved, you probably did not receive the confirmation.
