Contract moving address

Dear Madam and Sir,

I own a contract on DSL for Internet with Homebox included(i don't need this apparently).

Currently i moved to a new flat so I forwarded a message to the colleagues to move the contract on the new address and I got no more confirmation afterwards. I tried many times to reach out by phone call some English support , then it seems i failed.

Can anybody help me in this case?

Online for MyVodafone it says "Du kannst Deine Kabel Deutschland-Produkte nicht mehr nutzen."

so you don't have DSL, you have cable? In which coutry do you live?
