We do not offer tariffs with a speed reduction. You can change to a cheaper tariff after one year if you have the change guarantee with you. Please read it and let me know.

Hi Vodafone,

I'll write in english, since it's easier for me. I do understand German though, so feel free to reply in German.
(I wrote an email first, but was requested to create a thread in the forum).

When I made this contract, the person who helped me, said I would have an internet speed of 1000MB in the first month. And that after this the speed would reduce to 100MB.

I just want to make sure, that the speed will infact redude to 100MB and not that I all of a sudden need to pay high amount of money because the speed will stay 1000MB.

Could you please confirm, that after the first month the speed will reduce automatically to 100MB. So that I won't have any high bills coming my way.

Thanks in advance, and with best regards,
Leonidas_
