i have submitted a request to cancel my contract as it cost more. I have received message to continue with

Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable per 19.99 . I would like to switch to this plan early . Is it workable ?

If you have a contract with a change guarantee, then you can change after 12 months. Where did you get this offer?
