I will be moving out of Germany at the end of August 2020 and would like to know how I would go about terminating my cable internet+wifi contract.

if you leave Germany you can report it here: http://vod.af/umzugemelden

Your cable contract then will be closed three months after your moving date.

Option number two is to regularly cancel your contract. Depending on the remaining term of you contract, this can result in an earlier cancellation date.

Do you know term of your contract?

Is it too early for me to submit my move at this point via moving services?

where and how should I send the proof of me relocating?
