Contract to start but not received the devices

Hi , I have opted for Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable and start date is 5th June as per contract. When should i expect the device to be delivered to my house? any idea? I have not recieved it yet. My old connection will be cancelled soon as well. Kindly suggest whome should i contact in Vodafone.

if you have specified 05.06. as the desired date, the hardware will be shipped on that day.
