Hi,

I have requested tariff change & move request to my new address for my internet connection. But i can't find the order anywhere. So unable to check the status.

I just see one request in Processing but it does not show what is it for. Can you please help?

I will gladly help you further. Please write me exactly how you did it now. Did you change your fare first and then tell us about your move via our relocation service? Or did you sign a new contract for your new address? When are you moving?

Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message . Then sign up again here in the thread.
